The drawer collection project explained
The idea behind the drawer collection project is to give new life to old objects everyone could find in a drawer or in a wardrobe for instance. The drawer collection is an assemblage of fancy accessories such as bracelets and necklaces.
The first showing
The project was presented at the Designboom mart which took place in Stockholm as a part of the Stockholm Furniture Fair (6th to 10th of February, 2008). Only bracelets and necklaces made out of used shirts were shown on the mart but the project originally included bracelets made from cutleries (forks and knifes).
All the pieces shown on the mart were handmade.
